Do you require a deposit?

Yes, a deposit may be required to secure your booking.

What happens if my payment is declined?

Payment, Declined Charges & Collections Policy

  • Full payment is required prior to or at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in
    writing.
  • If a payment is declined, reversed, or unpaid for any reason:
    •  The owner will be notified immediately
    • Payment must be resolved within 24 hours
  • Failure to resolve payment may result in:
    • Suspension or termination of services
    • Refusal of future bookings
  • Any unpaid balance will be subject to:
    • Late fees and/or daily boarding charges if the pet remains in our care
    • Collections efforts, including but not limited to third-party collection agencies
  • The owner agrees to be fully responsible for all costs associated with recovering
    unpaid balances, including:
    • Collection fees
    • Administrative costs
    • Court filing fees, if applicable
  • We reserve the right to pursue unpaid balances through legal action, including small
    claims court, in accordance with local laws.
  • By booking our services, the owner agrees to these terms and accepts full financial
    responsibility.
  • By providing a payment method, the client authorizes us to charge for all agreed
    services, including additional fees incurred.

What is your cancellation policy?

24–48 hours notice required. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

What happens if I don’t pick up my pet on time?

Abandonment & Surrender Policy

  • We do not accept surrendered or abandoned pets under any circumstances.
  • All pets left in our care must be picked up by the owner or an authorized contact at the
    agreed time.
  • If an owner fails to pick up their pet and does not communicate:
    • The situation will be considered potential abandonment after a reasonable
      period of time
    • We will make multiple attempts to contact the owner and emergency contacts
      on file
  • If no response is received within 48–72 hours after the scheduled pick-up time:
    • The pet may be considered abandoned
    • We reserve the right to transfer the pet to a local shelter, rescue, or appropriate authority
  • The owner remains fully responsible for all costs incurred, including:
    • Extended boarding fees
    • Any additional care required during this period
  • We are not responsible for rehoming or surrendering pets on behalf of owners. Owners who wish to surrender their pet must make those arrangements independently and prior to drop-off.
  • By booking our services, the owner agrees to these terms and accepts full responsibility
    for timely pick-up and ongoing ownership of their pet.

What are your health requirements?

All pets must be healthy, vaccinated, and free of contagious conditions.

What happens if a dog becomes aggressive?

Aggression & Liability Policy

  • All dogs must be non-aggressive and safe to handle in a group or human environment.
  • Owners are required to disclose any history of aggression, including biting, snapping, or
    reactive behavior toward people or other animals.
  • If a dog displays aggressive behavior during their stay, including but not limited to:
    • Attempting to bite or biting a person
    • Attacking or injuring another dog
    • Showing repeated unsafe or uncontrollable behavior
  • The following actions may be taken:
    • The dog will be immediately separated to ensure safety
    • The owner will be contacted for immediate pick-up
  • The owner agrees to full financial responsibility for any damages caused by their dog, including:
    • Veterinary bills for injured pets
    • Medical expenses for any person injured
    • Property damage, if applicable
  • We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time if a dog poses a safety risk.
  • By booking our services, the owner accepts full liability for their dog’s behavior and agrees to these terms.

Do you accept female dogs in heat?
  • We do not accept female dogs in heat under any circumstances.
  • Owners are required to disclose if their dog is in heat or expected to enter a heat cycle.
  • If a female dog is dropped off in heat or goes into heat during her stay without prior disclosure:
    • The owner will be contacted for immediate pick-up
    • If pick-up is not possible, the dog will be strictly separated, and additional fees may apply
  • In the event of an undisclosed heat cycle resulting in pregnancy:
    • We are not liable for any outcomes
    • This includes but is not limited to:
      • Veterinary expenses
      • Pregnancy-related care
      • Labor and delivery
      • Post-partum care
  • By booking our services, the owner accepts full responsibility for their pet’s reproductive status and agrees to these terms.
