Cancellation & Scheduling Policy

Clients are required to provide at least 24-48 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur fees. Late pick-ups may result in additional charges.

Payment, Declined Charges & Collections Policy

Payment is due prior to or at the time of service. Any declined payments or unpaid balances must be resolved within 24 hours. Deposits may be required. The client agrees to cover any collection fees, administrative costs, or legal expenses related to unpaid balances.

Female Dogs in Heat Policy

Female dogs in heat are not accepted under any circumstances. If a dog goes into heat during their stay, immediate pick-up may be required and additional fees may apply. Owners accept full responsibility for any pregnancy-related expenses, veterinary care, delivery, or post-care costs.

Behavior & Aggression Policy

Owners must disclose any history of aggression, biting, or unsafe behavior prior to boarding. Aggressive dogs may be separated immediately, and immediate pick-up may be required. The facility reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time. Owners accept financial responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by their pet.

Off-Leash Play & Group Interaction Waiver

Dogs staying at the facility may participate in supervised off-leash play, exercise, and social interaction within designated areas of the property. The client understands that, despite reasonable supervision, off-leash and group activities involve inherent risks including scratches, bites, illness, escape attempts, or unforeseen interactions between dogs. By allowing participation, the client voluntarily assumes all associated risks and agrees to release and hold harmless the facility, its owners, employees, and agents from claims or liabilities arising from participation, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

Emergency Veterinary Care Authorization

In the event of illness, injury, or emergency, the facility may seek veterinary treatment if the owner cannot be reached. All veterinary costs and related expenses remain the responsibility of the owner.

Abandonment & Surrender Policy

Clients are responsible for picking up their pet at the scheduled time. If there is no communication or pick-up after 48-72 hours, the pet may be transferred to a shelter or rescue organization in accordance with local laws. All related expenses remain the responsibility of the owner. The facility does not accept surrendered pets.
