I am a proud Cuban immigrant who came to the United States with little more than determination and the clothes on my back. Starting from zero, I learned English while working two and sometimes three jobs at a time, all while pursuing my education in Hospitality and Massage Therapy.
For nearly 25 years I built a career in Hospitality Management, gaining invaluable experience in service, care, and attention to detail. Eventually I felt called to follow a more personal passion—one that had been with me since childhood—and made the decision to start my own business in the pet care industry.
My love for animals began at a very young age. I grew up closely connected to my uncle Leonardo, who was a true father figure to me. He instilled in me a deep respect and compassion for animals and nature. Under his guidance, I learned how to nurture animals back to health, assist with dog births, and truly understand their needs. I’ve had dogs in my life since I was five years old, and caring for them has always been second nature to me.
Even after moving to the U.S., my connection with animals continued to grow. While caring for my own pets, I also became the trusted person friends would rely on to look after theirs. What started as helping loved ones naturally evolved into a professional path—one built on trust, experience, and genuine love for animals.
