• 2 Carrots (grated)
• 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
• 2 Eggs

1️⃣ Mix the Base
Combine ground meat with grated carrots in a large bowl.
2️⃣ Add Herbs & Binder
Add parsley and crack in the eggs.
3️⃣ Add Texture & Creaminess
Mix in oats and ricotta cheese.
4️⃣ Combine Well
Stir everything until fully incorporated.
5️⃣ Shape & Bake
Press into a mold and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 30–40 minutes, until fully cooked.
